Human MRC1 (Mannose Receptor C Type 1 ) ELISA Kit

An Assay Genie sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of human Mannose Receptor C Type 1 (MRC1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a colorimetric detection method and applies to cell biology research.

MRC1 contributes to the recognition and clearance of glycoproteins, innate immunity, and inflammation, and is studied as a biomarker across immune-related diseases. Manufacturer specifications list a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Reported recovery in serum is 86-105% (average 96%), in EDTA plasma 88-102% (average 95%), and in heparin plasma 89-101% (average 98%), with linearity between 81-105% across 1:2 to 1:8 sample dilutions. Kits are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
