Muscle RAS oncogene homolog (MRAS) is a small GTP-binding protein of the RAS superfamily that participates in MAPK/ERK signal transduction. Researchers use this quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie to measure human MRAS levels, supporting investigations of skeletal muscle differentiation, cardiac development, RASopathy biology, and oncogenic signaling in cancer cell models.

Each kit provides reagents to perform up to 96 assays, supporting medium-throughput studies of MRAS expression across experimental conditions and treatment groups. The format is suitable for cell lysate preparations, tissue homogenates, and other research samples. Standard curves generated from the included calibrators allow interpolation of MRAS concentration in unknown specimens.
