The Assay Genie Human MOXD1 ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of Monooxygenase DBH-Like 1, a copper-dependent monooxygenase sharing sequence homology with dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH). MOXD1 is expressed across multiple human tissues and has been investigated in oncology studies, particularly in research on breast cancer progression and metastasis, as well as in neuroscience contexts exploring catecholamine biosynthesis pathways.

This sandwich immunoassay quantifies MOXD1 in serum and plasma specimens using a human-specific capture antibody, with no significant cross-reactivity observed against rat or mouse homologues, supporting accurate measurement of endogenous human MOXD1 levels.
