By selectively detecting the activated, phosphorylated form of the transcription factor rather than total STAT3, the kit supports pathway-activation studies in cancer cell biology, cytokine signaling research, immune cell differentiation, and small-molecule drug response profiling. Cell lysates and tissue lysates are the expected input, prepared with standard lysis buffers supplemented with phosphatase inhibitors to preserve the phosphorylation mark before addition to the coated plate.
