The Phospho-NF-κB p65 (Ser536) and Total NF-κB p65 panel from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of NF-κB pathway activation in cell lysates and tissue lysates. Ser536 phosphorylation is a hallmark of IKK-mediated signaling downstream of TNF-α, IL-1β, and LPS stimulation, supporting studies of inflammatory cascades, innate immune responses, and oncogenic signaling pathways. The simultaneous detection of phosphorylated and total p65 permits normalization across treatment conditions, minimizing inter-sample variability in reporter assays.

Each microplate kit provides matched capture antibodies directed against the phospho-Ser536 epitope and the total protein, along with a calibrated standard curve.
