The Phospho-Met (Y1234) and Total Met dual-pathway ELISA from Assay Genie enables researchers to quantify receptor tyrosine kinase c-Met phosphorylation at the Y1234 activation-loop residue alongside total c-Met protein levels within a single lysate preparation. Y1234 phosphorylation is a canonical marker of HGF-driven MET receptor activation, frequently interrogated in studies of tumor cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and acquired resistance to small-molecule kinase inhibitors. The kit accepts cell lysates and tissue lysates and has been validated across human, mouse, and rat sample matrices, allowing cross-species comparative studies in oncology and regenerative-medicine workflows.
