The Assay Genie Phospho-SHC (Y427) and Total SHC PharmaGenie ELISA Kit is a dual-analyte immunoassay designed for signal-transduction research. SHC adapter proteins couple activated cell-surface receptors to downstream cytoplasmic pathways, and tyrosine phosphorylation at position 427 serves as a measurable marker of receptor-driven signaling activity. This kit simultaneously quantifies the phosphorylated Y427 form and total SHC protein from the same lysate, allowing direct normalization and supporting pathway-activation studies in oncology, metabolic research, and growth-factor signaling models.
