Human MNX1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human MNX1 (Motor neuron and pancreas homeobox protein 1). The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA format and is reactive with human samples only. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been established at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 87–97%, 82–99%, 80–97%; EDTA plasma 88–105%, 86–99%, 89–97%; heparin plasma 86–102%, 82–95%, 84–96%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 97% for serum (range 86–103%), 93% for EDTA plasma (range 89–97%), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 87–104%). Reagents are stable at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
