Human MN1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07597)

The MN1 (meningioma 1) protein is a transcriptional coactivator implicated in meningioma pathogenesis, certain leukemias, and craniofacial development. This Assay Genie kit is a species-specific immunoassay targeting circulating human MN1 levels in serum-derived and plasma-derived specimens, supporting studies of tumor biology and biomarker discovery. The assay employs a microplate strip format with a pre-coated capture antibody, allowing 40 to 80 specimens to be measured in duplicate on a single plate alongside standards and controls. Standard curve materials are supplied with the kit for direct quantitative readouts expressed in ng/mL. Store unopened reagents at 4 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the lyophilized standards; the conjugated detection reagent should be protected from light.
