Human MMP-9 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0902)

MMP-9 (matrix metalloproteinase 9, also called gelatinase B) is a zinc-dependent endopeptidase that degrades gelatins, denatured collagens, and other extracellular matrix components. This Assay Genie kit provides quantitative measurement of human MMP-9 protein in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples.

Applications include cancer invasion and metastasis research, inflammatory disease studies, cardiovascular remodeling investigations, wound healing models, and cell migration experiments. The kit is for research use only.

Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 96 assays in a microplate format. Components should be stored refrigerated; allow reagents to equilibrate before use and minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles of diluted standards and working solutions.

Standard ELISA wash and incubation workflows are followed, and results are read on a standard microplate reader.
