MMP-10, also called Stromelysin-2, is a zinc-dependent endopeptidase that degrades extracellular matrix components and contributes to tissue remodeling and inflammatory signaling. The Assay Genie PharmaGenie reagent set provides a quantitative microplate test for measuring human MMP-10 protein in research samples, including material from cell culture, plasma, and serum.
