Human MLXIP ELISA Kit (HUFI07594)

MLXIP encodes MondoA, a basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factor that forms obligate heterodimers with MLX to sense cellular glucose-6-phosphate and coordinate metabolic gene expression, including induction of TXNIP and suppression of lipogenic targets. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of MLXIP protein in serum or plasma samples for studies on nutrient sensing, cancer metabolism, and glucose homeostasis, using 100 µL of sample per well. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, and reagents sufficient for one full plate run, stored refrigerated at 4°C, and is intended for in vitro research use only.
