Human MLPH (Melanophilin) ELISA Kit (HUFI05071)

An in vitro quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring Melanophilin (MLPH) concentrations in human research specimens. The plate-based format supports studies of melanosome transport, melanocyte biology, and pigmentation pathways, including work on Griscelli syndrome type 3 and the RAB27A/MYO5A/MLPH tripartite complex that drives vesicle trafficking in pigment cells.

The kit provides pre-coated microplate wells, a recombinant standard series, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent sufficient for 96 individual determinations. Researchers load a small sample volume into each well, incubate, wash, and develop signal through enzymatic reaction before reading absorbance on a standard microplate reader.
