The MLN64 quantitation immunoassay from Assay Genie provides a 96-assay microplate format for measuring Metastatic Lymph Node 64 protein in human research samples. MLN64, also known as STARD3, is a late endosomal cholesterol-binding membrane protein implicated in intracellular lipid transport, Niemann-Pick C disease pathophysiology, and the 17q12 amplicon associated with HER2-positive breast cancer. The kit is validated for human reactivity, supporting translational studies on steroidogenesis, lipid homeostasis, and tumor biology.
