Human MLN51/CASC3 ELISA Kit (HUFI08718)

This immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of MLN51, also known as CASC3 (Cancer Susceptibility Candidate 3), a core scaffolding subunit of the exon junction complex (EJC) deposited on spliced mRNAs. Because MLN51/CASC3 participates in nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD), mRNA nuclear export, and stress-granule assembly, circulating levels can be probed in translational regulation, cancer biology, and innate immunity studies. The kit is supplied as a complete package with pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, buffers, and substrate reagents for in vitro research.
