Human Mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL) ELISA Kit

The assay is validated for use with human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and detects both natural and recombinant human MLKL.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.087 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 7.1%.
