Human Mitogen-activated protein kinase 8 (MAPK8) ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with human samples and validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human MAPK8.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.2 ng/mL. Precision values are 5.6% intra-assay CV and 10.9% inter-assay CV. Linearity was tested in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with mean recovery of 107% in serum and 109% in plasma.
