Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.43ng/mL. Linearity was verified for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (N=5) at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with reported linearity ranges spanning 86-124% across these conditions. MAPK15, also known as ERK-7 or ERK-8, is a key enzyme in the mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway that contributes to cell proliferation, differentiation and survival.
