Human Mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 (MAPK1) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human Mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 (MAPK1), also known as ERK2. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and recognises both natural and recombinant human MAPK1.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.089ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.7% and an inter-assay CV of 8.2%. Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with measured values spanning 81% to 120%. Recovery averages 99% in serum and 101% in plasma.

MAPK1 is a central signalling protein that regulates cell growth, differentiation and survival, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, inflammatory disorders and neurological conditions.
