Anti-Müllerian Hormone Receptor Type II (AMHR2), also called Müllerian Inhibiting Substance Receptor II, is a serine/threonine kinase receptor that transduces AMH/MIS signaling during gonadal development, sex differentiation, and Müllerian duct regression. The Assay Genie PharmaGenie ELISA kit quantifies human AMHR2 in cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum specimens, supporting reproductive endocrinology, ovarian reserve biology, and gonadal tumor signaling studies that track receptor abundance in human subjects.

Each kit provides reagents for 96 determinations on a standard microplate. A matched capture-and-detector antibody pair immobilizes AMHR2 and produces a colorimetric signal read against a calibrator curve.
