Human MIS/AMH ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA Kit enables the quantitative measurement of Human MIS/AMH (Muellerian-inhibiting factor, Anti-Muellerian hormone, Muellerian-inhibiting substance) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA format on a pre-coated microplate, with a sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL and a working range of 46.875–3000 pg/mL.

The workflow involves sequential incubation with biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, followed by signal development with TMB substrate and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. The assay is reactive with human samples and is intended for research in developmental biology. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months.
