Human MIP-3a/CCL20 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human MIP-3a (also known as CCL20) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, offering a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measuring range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL.

MIP-3a/CCL20 is a key chemokine involved in the recruitment of immune cells to sites of inflammation and infection, and plays a critical role in immune responses and inflammatory processes. It is recognised as a valuable biomarker for research into autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions. The kit should be stored at 2–8 °C, where it remains stable for 12 months.
