Human MIP-1 beta/CCL4 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human MIP-1 beta (CCL4) using a double-antibody, colorimetric workflow read at 450 nm. The assay offers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL, and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.
