Human Microtubule Associated Protein RP/EB Family, Member 1 (MAPRE1) ELISA Kit

The MAPRE1 gene encodes EB1, a microtubule plus-end tracking protein that regulates spindle assembly and chromosome alignment during mitosis. This Assay Genie ELISA employs a human-specific capture antibody to quantify MAPRE1 levels in tissue homogenates and cell lysates. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate and reagents sufficient for 96 assays, requiring approximately 100 µL of sample per well.
