Human Microtubule-associated protein 9 (MAP9) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Microtubule-associated protein 9 (MAP9), also known as Aster-associated protein or ASAP. It is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and reacts with natural and recombinant human MAP9.

The kit shows a sensitivity of 0.087 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL. Reported intra-assay precision is 3.9% CV and inter-assay precision is 6.3% CV. Linearity has been assessed across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. According to the supplied UniProt annotation, MAP9 is involved in organisation of the bipolar mitotic spindle, is required for bipolar spindle assembly, mitosis progression and cytokinesis, and may act by stabilising interphase microtubules.
