Human MICB PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human MICB in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma. The assay is colorimetric and recognises both natural and recombinant human MICB, with no cross-reactivity reported against MICA, Ang-2, IL-1b, IL-34, IL-10, IL-31, IFNg, GM-CSF, VEGF-165 and IL-2.

The PharmaGenie range is described as a set of assays developed for pharmaceutical and biotech research, combining highly optimised antibody pairs with purified recombinant standards and pre-coated strip plates. Each kit includes biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls where applicable, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagent and a detailed procedure.

Performance figures quoted for the human MICB assay include a sensitivity of 12.3 pg/ml with an assay range of 1000 - 31.25 pg/ml and an incubation of 2h45, and a separate configuration reporting a sensitivity of 75 pg/ml with a range of 75 pg/ml - 50 ng/ml and a recommended dilution of 2 fold. Sample volume requirements are 50 µl / 100µl. The target gene is also known as PERB11.2 (Gene ID 4277; UniProt Q29980).
