Human MICA PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the detection of human MICA using a colorimetric method. The assay has a measuring range of 156 pg/ml – 5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 123 pg/ml, recognising both natural and recombinant human MICA. The protocol uses a 100 µl sample volume with an incubation time of 3h50, and no cross-reactivity has been observed with other cytokines tested.

Each PharmaGenie ELISA Kit contains pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls (where applicable), buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents, and a detailed procedure. The kit features a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair and a high-quality purified recombinant protein for consistent standard curves.
