Human MGAT1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07623)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures MGAT1, the type II Golgi-resident glycosyltransferase commonly called GlcNAc-TI that initiates hybrid and complex N-glycan maturation by transferring N-acetylglucosamine from UDP-GlcNAc to the trimannosyl core of nascent N-linked glycoproteins. The kit applies to research into altered N-glycosylation patterns observed in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, and congenital disorders of glycosylation, and is intended for in vitro laboratory use only. Each kit ships in a sealed foil pouch containing a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and assay buffer concentrate. Suggested sample volume is 100 µL per well, with reagents supplied ready for immediate use after brief room temperature equilibration of the sealed pouch components.
