Human MFSD10 ELISA Kit (HUFI07617)

The MFSD10 protein (Major Facilitator Superfamily Domain Containing 10), also referenced in the literature as TETRAN, is a multi-pass transmembrane transporter that has been examined for its role in oncology, lysosomal function, and cellular metabolism. This Assay Genie ELISA kit targets human MFSD10 and provides 96 Assays per kit for quantitative measurement in human-derived specimens using a colorimetric read-out. The chromogenic reaction generates an absorbance signal that scales with MFSD10 concentration, allowing researchers to construct a standard curve from the supplied calibrators and interpolate unknown sample values on the same plate.

All reagents required for the included 96 Assays microplate are present in the kit: capture antibody pre-coated on the plate, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, wash buffer, standard diluent, and stop solution. The protocol accepts serum-type specimens as well as plasma-type specimens and also performs on cell culture supernatant and tissue homogenate preparations when those matrices are relevant to the study. Reactivity is reported as human-specific, and the assay is calibrated across a dynamic range that the literature associates with MFSD10 expression in normal versus transformed cells.

Store refrigerated upon arrival and protect from light; allow kit components to equilibrate to room temperature before opening. Reconstituted standards and working solutions should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and unused microplate strips returned to the foil pouch with desiccant.
