Human MFG-E8/Lactadherin ELISA Kit

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, offering a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. It is intended for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with reagents stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

The procedure involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated microplate, and incubating at 37°C to allow antigen binding. A biotin-labeled detection antibody is added, followed by HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate for color development; absorbance is read at 450 nm after adding the stop solution. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls within 80–104% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with recovery ranging from 85–105% (averages of 93–97%) across the same sample types.
