Human MEX3C ELISA Kit (HUFI07633)

Assay Genie's Human MEX3C ELISA Kit measures the 659-amino acid MEX-3 RNA binding family member C protein encoded at chromosome 18q21.2 (UniProt Q5U5Q3). The protein contains two KH RNA-binding domains and a C-terminal RING-finger E3 ubiquitin ligase module, shuttling between nucleus and cytoplasm via a nuclear export signal and a nuclear localization signal. Reported detection range of 0.313 to 20 ng/mL with sensitivity below 0.188 ng/mL allows accurate quantitation of endogenous levels in research specimens. The microplate is calibrated against recombinant standards, and all vials should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C until the printed expiration date, with aliquoted single-use portions of reconstituted standard to limit freeze-thaw exposure.
