Human Metallothionein 1 (MT1) ELISA Kit

Metallothionein 1 (MT1) is a low-molecular-weight, cysteine-rich metal-binding protein central to cellular zinc and copper homeostasis, heavy metal detoxification, and the oxidative stress response. Researchers use this quantitative, colorimetric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Assay Genie to quantify MT1 protein levels in human serum samples, plasma samples, and clarified tissue homogenate preparations.
