Human Mesothelin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0876)

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring human mesothelin (MSLN) in research specimens. Mesothelin is a 40 kDa cell-surface glycoprotein expressed on normal mesothelial cells and overexpressed in mesothelioma, ovarian carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and certain lung cancers, supporting its use as a tumor marker in oncology research. The kit supports biomarker quantification studies using cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum sample types, with 96 determinations supplied per microplate and a colorimetric readout for standard ELISA plate readers. In vitro research workflows include drug response monitoring, validation of MSLN as a disease marker, and longitudinal studies of tumor marker expression.
