Human Mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor (MANF) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant human MANF. Reported performance figures include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39pg/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 7.2% and inter-assay CV of 11.6%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, alongside recovery measurements for serum and plasma.
