Human Membrane Protein, Palmitoylated 6 (MPP6) ELISA Kit

MPP6 (Membrane Protein, Palmitoylated 6), also known as PALS2 or VAM-1, is a member of the MAGUK (Membrane-Associated Guanylate Kinase) family of scaffolding proteins. It partitions into the apical junctional complex of polarized epithelial cells, supporting tight junction assembly and apicobasal polarity through interactions with Crumbs complex components.

From Assay Genie, this kit is intended for research use only and lets investigators quantify endogenous MPP6 in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich ELISA format with a colorimetric readout, and all reagents are supplied in a 96-well microplate workflow. A sample volume of 100 uL per well is recommended, and reagents should be stored refrigerated at 2-8°C with the standard and conjugate aliquoted to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
