Human Melanoma Associated ME20 (ME20M) ELISA Kit

The ME20 antigen is a melanoma-associated cell surface protein originally characterized on cultured human melanoma cells and is used in oncology research as a marker for tumor progression, melanocyte differentiation, and antigen-targeted immunotherapy studies. This Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay workflow on a 96-assay microplate format, allowing researchers to measure ME20 levels directly in cell lysates and tissue homogenates prepared from human specimens.
