Human Melanoma-associated antigen C1 (MAGEC1) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of human Melanoma-associated antigen C1 (MAGEC1), a tumor-specific protein in the melanoma antigen gene (MAGE) family that is associated with melanoma. Using a colorimetric detection method, the assay measures MAGEC1 in human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, with specificity for both natural and recombinant human MAGEC1.
