Human Melan-A/MART-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0892)

The Melan-A/MART-1 PharmaGenie kit from Assay Genie supports quantitative measurement of the melanoma-associated antigen in human specimens. Melan-A, also called MART-1 (Melanoma Antigen Recognized by T-cells 1), is encoded by the MLANA gene and marks melanocytic differentiation, making it a frequent target in tumor immunology research focused on cytotoxic T-lymphocyte recognition of melanoma cells and on melanoma vaccine development.

Configured for 96 individual determinations in a microplate format, the assay is validated for cell culture supernatant samples alongside plasma-derived and serum-derived specimens. Applications include characterization of patient-derived melanoma cell lines, profiling of antigen expression during treatment response studies, and immune-monitoring workflows where MART-1 peptide epitopes such as the HLA-A2-restricted EAAGIGILTV and AAGIGILTV sequences are tracked in adoptive T-cell therapy programs.
