Human MEKK2 ELISA Kit (HUFI08729)

This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of human MEKK2, an approximately 70 kDa serine/threonine kinase also known as MAP3K2 that operates upstream of the JNK, ERK1/2, and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase cascades. MEKK2 transduces signals from cytokines, growth factors, and cellular stress to downstream MAP2K substrates, and altered expression has been reported in studies of proliferative signaling, cytoskeletal regulation, and immune cell activation.
