The MEIS3 (Meis Homeobox 3) protein is a TALE-family homeodomain transcription factor that partners with HOX and PBX regulators to control hindbrain segmentation, limb bud development, and hematopoietic lineage commitment. Measuring MEIS3 expression supports work in developmental biology, mixed-lineage leukemia research, and stem cell signaling studies.
