Human MED19 ELISA Kit (HUFI07653)

MED19 (Mediator Complex Subunit 19) is a component of the multiprotein Mediator transcriptional regulatory complex that connects DNA-bound transcription factors with RNA polymerase II. Dysregulation of MED19 has been reported in several cancer types and in studies of gene expression control, making quantitative measurement of circulating MED19 protein valuable for biomarker research.

This Assay Genie ELISA kit provides the components needed to measure human MED19 in serum and plasma using a sandwich immunoassay format with colorimetric readout. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, reference standards, and wash buffer sufficient for 96 individual determinations. Recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well. The kit is intended for research use only; store refrigerated and protect the plate from light between uses.
