Human MCSFR/CD115 ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate and reliable quantification of MCSFR (CD115) levels in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie supports research into the role of this receptor in health and disease. MCSFR (CD115), also known as macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor, is involved in regulating macrophage development, differentiation, and function, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and osteopetrosis.

The assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It uses a sandwich ELISA, double antibody format with a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL. Kits are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The protocol involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.

Linearity ranges across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions are 83–100% for serum, 89–105% for EDTA plasma, and 81–100% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 88–97% (average 93%) for serum, 93–103% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–104% (average 97%) for heparin plasma.
