Human MCPIP/Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-induced Protein 1 ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human MCPIP (Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-Induced Protein 1) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of MCPIP in human samples. MCPIP plays a central role in immune response and inflammation, regulating gene expression and cell signalling pathways, and its dysregulation has been linked to autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer, making it a target of interest as a potential therapeutic and diagnostic marker.

The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection method with a sensitivity of 2.344 pg/mL and an assay range of 3.906–250 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Validated linearity for serum ranges from 86–100% across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma ranges from 83–100% and heparin plasma from 80–95%. Recovery averages are 99% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
