Human MCP-4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0866)

The Human MCP-4 (CCL13) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for quantitative measurement of the CC chemokine MCP-4 in human samples using a solid-phase immunoassay format. MCP-4, also known as CCL13, is an eosinophil- and monocyte-attracting chemokine implicated in allergic inflammation, asthma pathogenesis, and Th2-polarized immune responses, making this reagent useful for respiratory and immunology research.

This assay uses a pre-coated microtitre plate with a human-specific capture antibody and is validated for use with cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum matrices. The kit includes a coated plate, ready-to-use standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution, together with reagents sufficient for the indicated number of determinations. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen; repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided, and kit reagents should be kept refrigerated and protected from light.
