MCM10 (Minichromosome Maintenance 10) is a chromatin-associated nuclear protein essential for DNA replication initiation, where it recruits DNA polymerase alpha and stabilizes the replisome at eukaryotic origins of replication. The Assay Genie human MCM10 immunoassay enables researchers to correlate target abundance with proliferative status, replication stress, and DNA damage response phenotypes in translational studies. This complete kit is supplied in a box containing a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection reagent, lyophilized recombinant standards, enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate, stop solution, and wash buffer. Reagents should be refrigerated at the temperature indicated on the kit insert and the chromogen protected from light; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
