Human MCFD2/Multiple coagulation factor deficiency 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Multiple Coagulation Factor Deficiency 2 (MCFD2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses TMB substrate with colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm. MCFD2 is a protein involved in the transport of coagulation factors in the blood clotting cascade, and deficiency is linked to multiple coagulation factor deficiencies that can lead to bleeding risk.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with recovery averaging 97% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma, and 93% in heparin plasma. Components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The kit is intended for research use in cell biology and studies of hemostasis and coagulation pathways.
