The Assay Genie MCF2L ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of MCF2L protein, a DBL-family guanine nucleotide exchange factor also known as DBS, in human research samples. MCF2L catalyses GTP loading on Rho-family small GTPases such as CDC42, RAC1, and RHOA, linking cell-surface receptor signals to actin cytoskeleton remodeling.

Investigators apply this assay to studies of neuronal axon guidance, immune cell chemotaxis, and cancer cell motility, where dysregulated Rho-GEF signaling is implicated. The kit is supplied as a complete microplate workflow including pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant MCF2L calibrator standards, TMB substrate, and wash buffer reagents.
