Human MC-AB/Melanocyte antibody ELISA Kit

Designed for research in dermatology and autoimmune disease, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables detection of melanocyte antibodies in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout at 450 nm, offering a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a standard range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
