Human MBIP ELISA Kit (HUFI03490)

MBIP (MAP3K12 binding inhibitory protein 1) is a cytoplasmic scaffold protein originally identified through its interaction with mixed lineage kinase MLK7 / MAP3K12, where it modulates JNK / stress-activated protein kinase signaling. Quantifying MBIP in human blood-derived samples can support research into mitogen-activated protein kinase cascades, inflammatory signaling, and certain oncogene-related pathways. Assay Genie supplies this microplate-based ELISA in a kit containing pre-coated capture antibody, detection reagent, lyophilized standards, and assay buffers. The workflow follows an add-sample, add-detection format and is read on a standard microplate reader with a sensitivity below 0.1 ng/mL when using 100 µL of sample per well. Store unopened kit components refrigerated at the temperature indicated on the label; reconstituted reagents and working standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
