Human Matrix Metalloproteinase 3 (MMP3) ELISA Kit

Matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP3), also called stromelysin-1, is a zinc-dependent endopeptidase that cleaves extracellular matrix components and is investigated in cartilage turnover, inflammatory joint disease, vascular remodelling, and tumour invasion research. This human-specific immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to quantify MMP3 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants.
